TSA induced miR-7 to suppress EGFR expression. (a)–(c) MDA-MB-231 and 231/Lap#6 cells were treated with 1 μM TSA or SAHA for 24 hrs and then subjected to total RNA extraction. The levels of miR-7 and its host genes were measured by RT-qPCR analysis. (d) 231/Lap#6 cells were transfected with increasing doses of miR-7 inhibitor followed by treatment with TSA. Total lysates were prepared and subjected to Western blot.
