Multicolour flow cytometric immunophenotypic analysis with monoclonal antibodies. Intraoral MSPCs at passages 3–7 were labelled with specific fluorochrome-conjugated monoclonal antibodies against the indicated surface antigens and analysed by flow cytometry. Analysed MSPCs demonstrated the same immunophenotype, with expression of (a) CD73, (b) CD90, and (c) CD105 but no expression of (d) CD14, (e) CD19, (f) CD34, (g) CD45, and (h) HLA-DR.
