Western immunoblot analysis of HIF-1α synthesised by fibroblasts has been presented. The cells were incubated in normoxic and hypoxic conditions for 12 h, 24 h, and 48 h. Samples containing 20 μg of protein were submitted to electrophoresis and immunoblotting.
