Highlighting the Structure-Function Relationship of the Brain with the Ising Model and Graph Theory

Dynamics of a 2D Ising model with lattice size 32 × 32 after thermalization. For the three different temperatures , , and the Ising model is simulated generating 150 time data points. Each time point corresponds to a new configuration in which all spins have been tested for flip through the Metropolis algorithm. Configurations of the same four time points are reported for the three different temperatures.
