100 ng each of the purified protein was used for ELISA. The cut off value for Pkn1: 0.34, OmpA: 0.35 and LigA: 0.34. Absorbance ( 450) above the cut off value was considered as positive samples. *The in-house PCR assay and Roche MWP kit results were used as the basis to decide the presence or absence of chlamydial infection.
