Lysosome-dependent degradation of FUS/TLS by PTE. SK-N-SH cells were incubated with or without inhibitor for 1 h, (a) ammonium chloride (NH4Cl), a lysosome inhibitor, or (b) lactacystin, a proteasome inhibitor, followed by treatment with PTE (200 μg/mL) for 24 h.
