Rosiglitazone Increases Cerebral <i>Klotho</i> Expression to Reverse Baroreflex in Type 1-Like Diabetic Rats

<table>Klotho protein expressions in the medulla oblongata of STZ-diabetic rats. Expression of klotho protein (130 kDa) in Wistar rats (Wistar) and STZ-diabetic rats (STZ) was identified using Western blotting analysis. Samples were prepared from the medulla oblongata. The corresponding <i>β</i>-actin (Actin) protein level was used as an internal control. The quantification of protein levels was expressed as klotho over <i>β</i>-actin.
