For the instance type, E stands for economical, G for general purpose, M for memory-optimized, C for compute-optimized, and S for storage-optimized, following the description from Amazon. Nonsupporting threading tools are identified based on the profiling results of the previous work [28]. The cost information is obtained from the AWS site as of this writing and the unit is $0.02 which is the pricing for t1.micro.
