Visualization of graph theory parameters in the network of the human plasma membrane peripheral proteins with 2374 nodes and 16961 edges. The colour gradient is visualized based on the clustering coefficient of each node. In darker colours are the nodes with the higher clustering coefficients grading to lighter colours for nodes with lower clustering coefficients. A size gradient is used to map the node degree on the network’s proteins. Larger nodes are indicative of nodes with higher degrees and smaller nodes of nodes with lower degrees.
