CCR7 Regulates Cell Migration and Invasion through JAK2/STAT3 in Metastatic Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and Neck

<div>The role of JAK2/STAT3 inhibitor in CCL19-induced scrape wound-healing. PCI-37B cells were pretreated by AG490 (30 <i>μ</i>M) for 24 h and then by CCL19 (500 ng/mL), and the cell free area width was detected in 0–24 h.
