CCR7 Regulates Cell Migration and Invasion through JAK2/STAT3 in Metastatic Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and Neck

<div>Western blotting analysis of the role of JAK2/STAT3 inhibitor in CCL19-induced E-cadherin. PCI-4B and PCI-37B cells were pretreated by AG490 (30 <i>μ</i>M) for 24 h and then by CCL19 (200 ng/mL, 30 min). E-cadherin expression was detected by western blotting.
