Supplementary Material

All the patients listed in the table were treated with radical nephrectomy (RN) for RCC at Huashan Hospital of Fudan University. The tissues experimented in RNA-seq test were from the first 8 cases. And we used the tissues for all 16 cases in qRT-PCR examination.
