CvHSP90 mRNA expression levels in different heat shock times (0 h, 1 h, 2 h, 3 h, 4 h, 5 h, 6 h, 7 h, 8 h, 9 h, 10 h, 11 h, and 12 h) at 35°C were analyzed by real-time quantitative RT-PCR. CvHSP90 mRNA expression was normalized to the control group, and β-actin gene was used as internal control to calibrate the cDNA template for all the samples. Each bar represents the mean value from five determinations with standard error. Significant differences across control were indicated with an asterisk at 𝑃<0.05 and two asterisks at 𝑃<0.01.
