The effects of different antagonists on the antinociceptive activity of the LPLF in the acetic acid-induced contortions. Animals were pretreated with naloxone (5 mg/kg, i.p.), atropine (5 mg/kg, i.p.), or celecoxib (5 mg/kg, i.p.) 30 min prior to oral administration of the Libidibia ferrea seed oil (10 mg/kg, p.o.).
