BMD of the medial and lateral Tb of DH (𝑛=6) and BS2 (𝑛=6) was measured using a micro-CT scanner at four time points. The data are expressed as mean ± SEM and statistically tested between strains and time points using unpaired 𝑡-test and one-way ANOVA (followed by Bonferroni post hoc test), respectively. A significant difference of 𝑃<0.01 and 𝑃<0.05 was denoted as ** and *, respectively.
