MTT Assay on CO3Ap/pDNA transfected cells. Lung cells were transfected with formulations of CO3Ap for 4 hr followed by tetrazolium assay. No significant difference between the CO3Ap/pDNA treated groups and the untreated group was observed. The error bar represents standard error of the mean (SEM) for all data sets. The result is considered to be statistically significant if values were <0.05. Data are presented as mean ± S.E.M of experiments conducted in triplicate.
