Figure 6: Expression of main anandamide degradation enzymes—Faah, Ptgs2, Alox12, and Alox15 in L4-L6 dorsal root ganglia and in the dorsal part of the lumbar spinal cord during the development of neuropathic pain in CCI rats. Samples were collected at 3, 7, and 14 days after CCI procedure. Data are presented as the mean ± SEM and represent normalized averages derived from 4–6 samples for each group. Results are presented as a fold change normalized to the expression of a reference gene Hprt1, compared to the intact animals. Statistical analysis was performed using a one-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni post hoc tests.
