ENERGI-F704 increases the level of NAD in BV2 cells. BV2 cells were incubated with 200 ng/mL LPS in the presence of ENERGI-F704 or compound C for 24 h. Cell lysates collected from each condition were used to determine the level of NAD using NAD/NADPH colorimetric analysis.
