Synthesis of 7-substituted-3-(4-(3-(4-substitutedphenyl)-4,5-dihydroisoxazol-5-yl)phenyl)-2-substituted quinazolin-4(3H)-one. Reagents and conditions: (a) 10% NaOH, rt, 60 min; (b) reflex for 2 h; (c) methanol reflux for 3 h; (d) ethanol, NaOH, stirring at rt, 2 h; (e) NH₂OH⋅HCl, 30% KOH, ethanol, dist. water, at water bath, 5 h.
