The effects of IFNQ on Jurkat T cells at 72 and 144 hours of incubation. Cells were incubated with IFNQ at 12.5 or 25 μg/mL and counted after 72 hours (a). Then the cells were centrifuged, washed twice with HBSS, and incubated in media free of IFNQ for another 72 hours (b). Results are the mean of ± SD for for duplicate measurements. *.
