In leptin methylation-specific PCR/unmethylation-specific PCR (MSP/USP) study, the prenatal steroid groups increased the methylation and it decreased in melatonin group. All the results represent mean ± standard error of six animals; when comparing prenatal steroid groups with vehicle groups or melatonin groups with prenatal steroid groups.
