Matrilin-2 expression in Duncan-Hartley guinea pigs tibiae. OA developmental animal model of Duncan-Hartley guinea pigs tibiae had been investigated by immunohistochemistry. The positive signal mainly located in articular cartilage and hypertrophic chondrocytes (a–d). There are no positive signals detectable in other zones of cartilage and bone marrow.
