AT-RvD1 Modulates CCL-2 and CXCL-8 Production and NF-κB, STAT-6, SOCS1, and SOCS3 Expression on Bronchial Epithelial Cells Stimulated with IL-4

Figure 2

AT-RvD1 reduces CCL2 (a) and CXCL-8 (b) production in BEAS-2B cells stimulated with IL-4 through ALX/FPR2 receptor activation. BEAS-2B cells were stimulated with IL-4 (25 ng/mL) in the presence or absence of AT-RvD1 (100 nM) or in combination with BOC1, an ALX selective antagonist (10 μM), for 24 h; the culture supernatants were analyzed for CCL2 and CXCL-8 concentrations using an ELISA kit. The data are reported as the means ± SEM (). versus control group, versus IL-4-treated group, and versus IL-4 + AT-RvD1(100 nM) treated group.
