AT-RvD1 Modulates CCL-2 and CXCL-8 Production and NF-κB, STAT-6, SOCS1, and SOCS3 Expression on Bronchial Epithelial Cells Stimulated with IL-4

AT-RvD1 decreases SOCS1 (a) and increases SOCS3 (b) expression in bronchial epithelial cells stimulated with IL-4 (50 ng/mL). BEAS-2B cells were treated with AT-RvD1 (100 nM) 30 minutes before IL-4 stimulation. At 1 hour after stimulation, SOCS expression was quantified by qPCR. The results are expressed as the mean ± EPM (). versus IL-4.
