<div>Who do the helper T cells actually help? Once a dendritic cell (DC) activates a helper T cell (TH) in a lymph node that drains an antigenic site, TH can promote B cell responses within the lymph node, as well as circulate the body and relocate to the antigen-rich site for facilitation of cytotoxic T cell responses and local macrophage activation.</div>
