A phylogenetic tree of the amino acid sequences of IFNLR1 from different species. The putative gene-tree was built using the Neighbor-Joining method based on the alignment of IFNLR1 amino acid sequences. The percentage of replicate trees in which the associated taxa clustered together in the bootstrap test was shown next to the branches. Evolutionary analyses were conducted in MEGA 6.0. The sequences used were listed in Table 2.
