MicroRNA181a Is Overexpressed in T-Cell Leukemia/Lymphoma and Related to Chemoresistance

MiR181a was overexpressed in T-cell leukemia/lymphoma. (a) As detected by real-time quantitative PCR, miR181a was overexpressed in T-cell malignancies. comparing with reactive hyperplasia. The relative expression level of each patient was calculated based on the lowest expression value. (b) MiR181a was overexpressed in acute T-cell lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL, ), as well as subtypes of T-cell lymphoma, including T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL, ), peripheral T-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified (PTCL-NOS, ), anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL, ), and angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL, ).
