WM130 induces apoptosis of HSC-T6 cells. (a) Blue stained nuclei were dyed by Hoechst and analyzed under fluorescent microscope (at 200x magnification). Apoptotic body could be observed in WM130 68 μM group (white arrow). More apoptotic HSC-T6 cells could be detected in WM130 68 μM group than in other treated group. (b) The Annexin V/PI apoptosis kit was used to quantify the percentage of cells undergoing apoptosis. The early apoptotic rates and the total apoptotic rates of HSC-T6 cells were detected in different groups by flow cytometry. versus control group; ^#, ^## versus M19 68 μM group.
