(a) D6 clone was transfected with CTRL or miR-155 mimics at indicated concentrations and then further stimulated with LPS (100 ng/mL) for 36 hours. SHIP1 protein was quantified by western blotting. (b) and (c) D6 clone was transfected with indicated mimics and stimulated with LPS (100 ng/mL) for 48 hours. TNF-α production and TRAP activities were determined.
