Role of B7-H4 siRNA in Proliferation, Migration, and Invasion of LOVO Colorectal Carcinoma Cell Line

<div>Effect of B7-H4 siRNA on tumor growth in vivo. LOVO cells transfected with B7-H4 siRNA were subcutaneously injected in athymic nude mice. (a) Tumor diameter was evaluated for 48 days. (b) At day 48, mice were sacrificed and tumors were weighted.
