The annual polyethylene rate after THA. The polyethylene annual wear rate was 0.21 ± 0.10 mm/year for the CPE group and 0.014 ± 0.05 mm/year for the HXLPE group; there was a significant difference in this value between the groups (unpaired Student’s -test).
