Data presented are mean value ± SD or number (percentage) of patients. Age was compared using Student’s -test in the Republican Hospital of Kaunas (RHK) and using Mann-Whitney test in the Kaunas Clinical Hospital (KCH), also LVEF was compared using Mann-Whitney test, other data were compared using Pearson’s Chi-square test. STEMI: ST elevation myocardial infarction, NSTEMI: non-ST elevation myocardial infarction, DM: diabetes mellitus, RF: renal failure, DM + RM: diabetes and renal failure, and LVEF: left ventricular ejection fraction.
