Hematopoietic Stem and Progenitor Cells Can Be Enriched by Implanting Biomaterial into Spatium Intermusculare

The migrating cells (MCs) contained phenotypic hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs). (a) Representative flow cytometric profiles of CD34+, Sca-1+, and CD34+Sca-1+ cells in the MCs and bone marrow (BM). MCs and BM were pregated for live cells and then were analyzed for CD34+, Sca-1+, and CD34+Sca-1+ expression.
