Sliding Motility, Biofilm Formation, and Glycopeptidolipid Production in Mycobacterium colombiense Strains

Motility rates for Mycobacterium colombiense strains. Mycobacterial strains were cultivated on 7H9-ADC-0.35% agarose and incubated at 37°C for 4-5 weeks. The colony growth halos were measured daily to determine the motility rate. Each reported value represents the mean of the colony growth halos from three independent experiments. The presented data have statistically significant differences compared with the values obtained from M. avium 104 ().
