Activation of signaling pathways by IGF-I. Bovine AF (a) and NP (b) cells were cultured in collagen gels and collagen gels supplemented with CSA, respectively, and stimulated with IGF-I (100 ng/mL) for the indicated time intervals. Cell lysates were collected and subjected to SDS-PAGE and Western analysis as described in Section 2. One out of two independent experiments is depicted.
