Changes in B-Cell Counts and Percentages during Primary HIV Infection Associated with Disease Progression in HIV-Infected Men Who Have Sex with Men: A Preliminary Study

The baseline B-cell counts and percentages were associated with the disease progression. The predictive values of the baseline B-cell counts, percentages, and the predictive combination of the two for rapid disease progression were calculated by ROC analysis. The area under the curve (AUC) was used to predict disease progression. value < 0.05 is considered statistically significant.
