IL-6 and IL-8 production by keratocytes in response to increasing concentrations of LPS. LPS (0.02–200 μg/mL) induced a significant rise in (a) IL-8 and (b) IL-6 secretion by keratocytes when compared to the non-LPS treated controls . In both assays controls of Triton-X and 0.02 μg/mL LPS (no cells) were included (, mean ± sd).
