Interferon γ (IFN-γ) induces high omp18 expression in Helicobacter pylori 26695. Quantitative RT-PCR analysis of Omp18 mRNA expression with (a) exposure to different concentrations of IFN-γ and (b) exposure to IFN-γ (50 pg/mL) at different times.
