Peritoneal Mϕs recognize Taenia crassiceps soluble products through MGL1. Mϕs from naïve MGL1^+/+ or MGL1^−/− mice were incubated with fluorescently labeled TcSol and fluorescence was analyzed by flow cytometry. (a) Representative dot blots indicate Mϕs from either MGL1^+/+ or MGL1^−/− mice, incubated for 30 minutes with TcSol at 37°C.
