Peritoneal macrophages from MGL1−/− and MGL1+/+ T. crassiceps-infected mice display different responses. Macrophages were obtained at different time points after infection and stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) plus IFN-γ (5 ng/mL) for 48 h; supernatants were analyzed for (a) IL-12; (b) TNF-α; and (c) NO production.
