Effects of phenobarbital (PB) on CYP2B1/2 synthesis and enzyme activity. Rats were administrated 80 mg PB per kg body weight per day for 7 days. After drug treatment, animals were sacrificed, and the livers were removed, washed, and then homogenized for the microsomal preparation.
