(a) In vivo bioluminescent imaging of xenografts with or without integrin αvβ3. U87MG tumors expressing integrin αvβ3 were visualized after systemic injection of GCR protein and coelenterazine, whereas CHO cell xenografts without integrin αvβ3 were not detectable.
