PDGF-BB affects cell cycle regulatory molecules and SIRT1 expressions. After 24-hour serum starvation, HPASMCs were treated with 10 ng·mL⁻¹ PDGF-BB and harvested at the indicated time points. p21, cyclin D1, cyclin E (a), and SIRT1 (c) protein levels were analyzed by western blotting. Bar graphs show densitometric analysis of western blotting. The densitometric quantification was normalized to GAPDH. Data are shown as means ± SEM for three independent experiments.
