Antiproliferative Activity of T. welwitschii Extract on Jurkat T Cells In Vitro

Figure 2

Gel electrophoresis following treatment with T. welwitschii extracts at various concentrations. For lanes 2–8, 10 μL was loaded, while for the rest, 5 μL was loaded. The results of the assay show that DNA fragmentation was caused by the Jurkat T cells. Lanes 1, 7: 10 μg⋅mL−1 doxorubicin (5 μL in lane 1, 10 μL in lane 7). Lanes 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6: T. welwitschii 250, 125, 62.5, and 31.25 μg⋅mL−1. Lane 8: T. welwitschii 250 μg⋅mL−1. Lane 6, 9: 0 μg⋅mL−1 (5 μL). Lane 10: GeneRuler 100 bp Plus DNA Ladder (5 μL).
