Antiproliferative properties of ML peptide on the tested cell lines. Ac-ML-NH₂ and its scramble version were applied with various concentrations ranging from 1 μM to 300 μM to assess dose-response inhibition of cell proliferation relative to untreated cells on (a) HepG2, (b) Huh7, and (c) HT1080.
