IC₅₀ (nM) values for the inhibition of TRPV1 or TRPA1 activity by resolvins, maresin 1, NPD1, and their fatty acid precursors as obtained from studies using DRG neurons. Capsaicin (100 nM) and allyl isothiocyanate (300 mM) were used as basal agonists for activation of TRPV1- and TRPA1-mediated currents, respectively.
