Heart rate was lower and SpO2 was higher between 20 and 30 minutes of exercise during HST2 in the CON group (a). However when an erroneous value from a participant is removed from the analysis no difference in SpO2 is present (see inset of (a)). Heart rate was lower and SpO2 higher in HST2 compared to HST1 for the STHA group throughout the exercise period ( versus HST1). Data are mean ± SD.
