Western blots of cellular extracts from HUT78, GRANTA519, and WSU-NHL cell lines treated with the IC₅₀ of BKM120 and BEZ235 for 24 h. Cellular extracts were probed with antibodies against cyclin A, cyclin D, cyclin E, p21, and p27. Densitometric semiquantification of bands normalized to the untreated control is shown below the immunoblot bands.
