3D printed nanocellulose structures. (a) C-Periodate nanocellulose cross-linked with printed on a nanocellulose film. (b) C-Periodate nanocellulose without cross-linking, printed on a nanocellulose film. The dimensions of the printed structures were approximately 25 mm in diameter and 6 mm in height. Nine layers were printed, each consisting of 12 × 12 tracks.
