Effects of EPO-α and EPO-Z on VEGF (a) protein expression in skin tissue samples. EPO-α increases the expression of VEGF at all time points even if not significantly. The administration of EPO-Z significantly increases the expression of VEGF at both 3 and 12 days. versus untreated; versus untreated.
